Reservations and payment
Reservations made on this website are confirmed once payment is approved. The total shown at checkout, including taxes and the card processing fee, is the full amount charged. There are no additional booking fees.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Guests must be at least 21 years old and present valid government photo ID and the card used for payment.
- Late arrivals are welcome. Please call ahead so the front desk can expect you.
Cancellation policy
- Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your check-in date for a full refund.
- Cancellations inside 24 hours of check-in, and no-shows, are charged the first night's rate plus tax.
- To cancel or change a booking, call (410) 398-9400 with your booking reference.
Occupancy and conduct
Room occupancy must not exceed the maximum shown for the room type. All rooms are non-smoking. Pets are welcome; please tell us when booking. Guests are responsible for any damage to the room.
Promotional codes
Promo codes apply only to direct bookings on this website, cannot be combined, and are subject to the terms shown on the Offers page.
